The guys at Chabill's MC were very friendly and helpful. I had scheduled my servicing for a Wednesday, but had to change to an earlier time / day. They got me right in and completed the serving in a very timely manor.
Very satisfied with service. They were unable to get to me right before close of business, but the next day more than made up for it with prompt service. Good attitude by staff also observed.
Friendly service, great pricing. And the management cares about there customers. I highly recommend the Morgan City Louisiana location.
I will definitely use their services again if I'm in the area again.
We were coming back from fishing and had not 1 but 2 blow outs on our tralior....going to another closer tire shop that was closed arrived at your shop at closing time ...i was so pleased that the door was unlocked and there stood Mr Bradley Schefferstein with a huge smile and said I can help you .....went over and beyond finding us a tire and mounting it even passed closing time .....never made me feel so comfortable and assured me that it was his pleasure and not just a job to help us....i highly recommend him and this store to all family and friends to choose them as the new tire and other needs .....thank you Bradley for being a true human with caring and concern feelings for the fellow man .....
Was having a rough day and I went into chabill's to get my tire patched due to having a screw in it. Everyone was so welcoming as soon as I walked in. The store was clean and organized. What really makes me give 5 stars was the customer service. The guy behind the counter was very nice and friendly. But that wasn't it. After me and another woman were getting our second report on things (also was a plus because it felt we were their priority), he nonchalant said we didn't have to pay anything for our patches. It was on the manager this time since it was our first time going to their store. It was their way of hoping to get our continued business! I know I'll definitely be back. What a great gesture?
