The staff is competent, organized, and clearly dedicated to love of animals.
staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, put my mind at ease when i brought in 4, 3 week old kittens and needed advice and treatment to keep them going. the kittens are thriving with the help of the medication and advice given. i am very happy with Atchafalya Animal Hospital, i will definately be returning for regular checkups with all of my animals

Vaccination (rabies, FLV, FIV, and bordetella) on a rescue cat was less than $100. They worked so fast that both my cat and I were dumbfounded by what might have been the fastest vet visit ever.

When I asked about other stray concerns, such as worms, the vet asked about the presence of symptoms instead of trying to charge more by running tests or even sell meds, something which I've never encountered before with a vet.
From the moment I stepped in the door my vet experience was fantastic. The lobby is clean with no bizarre pet smells.
The only thing I could ask for improvement is operating hours on Saturday, for those of us with 8-5 jobs, but I fear that might reduce the quality of their staffing.
