Great Doctor. Am amazing friendly staff
The techs where friendly an very helpful, the hospital was very clean.. I found the Vet to be rude an uncaring!
There was so much that was bad that I'll just list it: The vet didn't make eye contact with me, she talked to me with her back half turned to me, they snatched my cat up and brought him to the back without saying a word, they insisted they couldn't give him his shots b/c his temp was too high by one degree, since they couldn't give him the shots they charged me full price for the visit, then sold me a $30 antibiotic to lower his temp and I didn't realize until after I made it home that I could have just waited to see if his temp went down naturally. $80 spent on a visit that should have cost ab $45! There's more but I think I have made my case. Ended up taking him to a vet in new Iberia. Much better experience. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!
Entire staff is friendly and good with my dogs. Head doctor really does care about her patients.
Had an emergency with our 16 year old Boxer. What a wonderful, caring staff. The truth was painful, but the Doctor and her staff were amazing!
