A family atmosphere with all the employees and they are willing to work with you. It's not a 5 star hotel but if you need a place to stay over night or for the month it's well worth the money. One of the cheapest rates in the area.
Room smelled funny. But it was fairly clean
The weekend rates are great me and my family usually go a few times a year housekeeping is very nice and respectful. Checking in everyone's very welcoming. The last trip was not the best shortly after arriving I realized I have 1 more child than the limit and I had of course did the right thing and rented a second room. Which for me if it were teenagers I wouldn't even think twice but my 4 Kids ages range 3-10 so I felt it was unnecessary. Shortly after arriving me and my children were waiting on my fiance when a man continued to be very loud beating on doors my little ones were very scared they were hiding between the wall and bed for close to 30 minutes the phone didn't work in the room but that was not at all the hotels fault I did tell them and found out he had already been put out. But the rest of the weekend a large group of teens who were not guest kept coming the were very loud ,obnoxious , disrespectful clearly the rules say no running and jumping we ended up spending 1/2 of our stay in our room because these kids were so wild a boy who could not have been 14 years old weighing close to 140 almost jumped on my 3 year old more than one time they were climbing up the brick walls in the back they acted like animals now my family and other guest who Paid were the ones leaving everytime this happened .the day I last morning we thought we would try n enjoy the pool before checkout they had a few other guest with children 4 kids being toddlers and 3 or 4 kids all under 10 having fun they showed up I got ready to go checked out walked back by the pool to feed the kids lunch before leaving before leaving once again these no guest showed up I went to the front desk now it was a little after checkout and the man was not even concerned about the fact I rented not one but 2 rooms all weekend and my stay was horrible . I will be looking for a new get away spot because what use to be enjoyable was a complete nightmare.
Only hotel in Patterson, it's seen better days but it has the only bar/lounge in town and it's next to a grocery store, burger king, taco bell, and Popeye's. It's a place to rest your head and have a beer after work.
